The Associated Artists of the Inland Empire invite everyone to attend their Annual Art Show and Sale, which takes place September 24 – 26, 2004. Admission is Free. The event is at the Magnolia Center in Upland, 651 W 15th St. The Center has plenty of FREE PARKING! Show hours on Friday, September 24, are 4 to 9 PM; Saturday, September 25 from 12 Noon to 6 PM; and Sunday, September 26 from 12 Noon to 4 PM. The Artists’ Reception and Awards will take place from 6 to 9 PM on Friday, September 24th. The public is invited to the Awards Ceremony and encouraged to enjoy the atmosphere and music, win a door prize, and meet the artists and award winners. You can vote for your favorite for the Popular Choice award and enjoy demonstrations by working artists. The Special Theme Category for this year’s show is “In the Good Old Summer Time” and artists will submit works for this theme as well as for the traditional categories of oil, watercolor, sculpture and other media. Many of the pieces of art will be for
sale. Persons seeking unique and personally selected art for their own
living and business spaces can snap up original art work, meet original
artists, and enhance their own art collections at this popular event. |
